This demanding tour to the Leiter Alm is well suited for cyclists with strong fitness. It leads you from Algund via Plars to Vellau, mostly on asphalt and in the upper section partly on gravel, up to the Leiter Alm.
The tour starts in the centre of Schenna. You can reach the starting point via Merano. Follow the signs towards Schenna and drive to the village centre.
Paid parking spaces in the underground garage below the Raiffeisen bank or in the “Baumann” parking lot.
The bus lines in Schenna do not transport bicycles.
