Hiking tour: Passeirer Höhenweg

This week the hike leads us to Passeiertal.

ONLY IN GERMAN AND ITALIAN

The start of this extremely beautiful high-level trail is the Römerkehre below the Jaufenpass. From there we hike over the Glaitner Joch to the Übelsee and down to the Egger-Grub-Alm and on to the parking lot Hochegg, where the bus waits for us.

Difference in altitude: ascent 590 m | descent 950 m
Difficulty: difficult

Approach

Meeting point is the tourism office Schenna. (Erzherzog-Johann-Platz 1/D), parking is available the centre. Access by public transport: Bus line 231 from Merano (bus stop approx. 50 m away).

To bring along

Hiking boots, weather protection, something to drink and eat.

Simply bring your water bottle with you – in Schenna you can fill it directly from the tap before your hike and along the way at the many drinking fountains with high-quality mountain water.

The ticket can be cancelled free of charge up to 2 days before the hike, after which 50 percent of the ticket price will be charged. For cancellations on the day of the event and in case of no-shows, no refund will be given.

The ticket includes guided tour and bus ride.
The hike will only take place if the minimum number of participants is reached.
Bringing animals is not allowed.
