Asfaltart - 20th International Street Art Festival

Dear friends!
Asfaltart is turning 20! 20 years full of passion, laughter, poetry, and an incredible cultural mix!
Over three days, there will be almost 200 shows, including concerts, circus performances, walking acts, and clown acts, with 33 artistic groups and 100 artists from all over the world turning our beloved city upside down.
They will take your breath away with acrobatics, dance, circus arts, and clowning.

The event takes place within the pedestrian zone, we suggest using public transportation. From the train station, the most convenient option is to board one of the city lines (1, 4, or 5) to reach the "Meran, Theaterplatz" stop, and continue on foot.

We suggest opting for comfortable footwear and bringing along a reusable water bottle, easily refillable at the fountains in the city centre. Water flows in the drinking fountains from spring to autumn. Depending on the weather and temperatures, the fountains are in operation from the beginning/middle of April to the middle/end of October.

For protection from the sun/In the summer months/If the sun is strong, we recommend bringing sun cream, a baseball cap or other head covering. It is also a good idea to bring a seat cushion or hiking pad for this event.

We would like to point out that there are crowds of people at this event and that it can be very loud at times. This could cause seizures and anxiety.
