Hiking tour: Adolf-Munkel-Weg

This Thursday, the guided hike takes us to Villnöss Valley

ONLY IN GERMAN AND ITALIAN!

From Ortisei we take the funicular to Rasciesa, from there we hike across the alpine pastures and the Adolf Munkel path at the foot of the Geißlerspitzen to the Gschnagenhartalm and on to Zans in the Villnöss Valley.

Walking time: 4,5 hours
Difference in altitude: ascent 275 m and descent 700 m
Difficulty: difficult

Approach

Meeting point is the tourism office Schenna. (Erzherzog-Johann-Platz 1/D), parking is available the centre. Access by public transport: Bus line 231 from Merano (bus stop approx. 50 m away).

To bring along

Hiking boots, weather protection, something to drink.

Simply bring your water bottle with you – in Schenna you can fill it directly from the tap before your hike and along the way at the many drinking fountains with high-quality mountain water.

Storno

The ticket can be cancelled free of charge up to 2 days before the hike, after which 50 percent of the ticket price will be charged. For cancellations on the day of the event and in case of no-shows, no refund will be given.

Additional info

The ticket includes guided tour, bus ride and cable car.
The hike will only take place if the minimum number of participants is reached.
Bringing animals is not allowed.
