The Parcines/Partschins 
farm stores showcase the 
high quality and variety of their produce. At the 
Gaudententurm estate, craft 
distiller Christine Schönweger makes her own 
grappa and 
fruit brandies. With a background in fruit farming, her shop does brisk business.
Some of the shops in the center of Parcines also sell farm produce direct to the public. At Baron 
Sigmund von Kripp’s organic winery on the 
Stachlburg estate, originality and authenticity are the order of the day.
Some farms in Parcines including the 
Niederebenhof and 
Unterweirachhof produce spicy sausages, peasant salami, smoked ham as well as coppa.
