Apple crumble pancake
  • 4 old bread rolls
  • milk
  • 1 egg
  • 30 g sultanas
  • juice of one lemon (and some lemon rind)
  • salt
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 250 g apples, cut into small pieces
  • baking fat
  • cinnamon and sugar for decoration
Take the crusts off the bread rolls. Put them into milk and leave until they nearly almost form a porridge. Mix the rest of the ingredients. Put some of the baking fat into a hot pan. Add the porridge and while baking, separate it into small pieces, with the help of two forks. Turn and bake. Serve sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar.
