In a world that is racing ever faster, this film embarks on a journey through our perception of time. Konrad Wakolbinger’s documentary explores how the clock, invented in the Middle Ages, dictates the rhythm of our work, our society and our lives. In doing so, he examines the defining maxim ‘time is money’ and asks: how can we use time more consciously in order to experience greater depth, presence and meaning in our everyday lives?

Through interviews with a variety of people and perspectives, he shows how new technologies influence our understanding of time, which in turn shapes our actions.
