On Sunday, 11 October 2026, seven South Tyrolean distilleries invite visitors to discover the traditional art of distilling at close range. Guests can take a look behind the scenes, join guided tours and tastings, and enjoy a culinary programme.
One of the participating distilleries is Felsenriss Distillery in Foiana. From 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, it will open its doors and show visitors where grappa is made. The programme includes guided tours and tastings, as well as cocktails, hot and cold dishes, and sweet treats.
