The Heimatschutzverein Meran presents the life's work of Dr Bernhard Mazegger Sr. and his son Dr Bernhard Mazegger Jr., both of whom have been unjustly forgotten. These two outstanding figures of the 19th century contributed significantly to the development of Meran as a health resort through their diverse interests and undertakings.
