Apple pancake
  • ¼ ltr. milk
  • 180 gflour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp rum
  • 750 g large apples
  • oil for baking, icing sugar
Mix the milk first with flour and salt, then add the eggs. Peel the apples, cut out the core and cut into ½ cm slices. Run the slices through the mixture and bake them in hot oil. Leave to drain on kitchen paper and sprinkle with icing sugar. Serve immediately.
