On the occasion of the Art Nouveau Week, organized by the Italia Liberty Association, we invite you to join a fascinating guided walking tour through Belle Époque Merano, when the town became one of the most renowned spa resorts of the Austro-Hungarian Empire and a favourite destination for European aristocracy and high society.

This captivating itinerary will lead you through elegant Art Nouveau architecture, tree-lined promenades and the city's most iconic landmarks, bringing to life the refined atmosphere that made Merano one of Europe's most prestigious holiday destinations at the beginning of the 20th century.

During the tour we will visit the Winter Promenade, the Kurhaus, the Puccini Theatre, and many other remarkable buildings while discovering stories, famous personalities and fascinating anecdotes about Merano's glamorous past.

The experience will conclude with the opportunity to enjoy an aperitif or a tasting at one of the city's historic venues (optional and not included in the participation fee).

Booking conditions:
The tour will take place with a minimum of 8 participants.
Advance booking is required no later than 5 July 2026.
For groups of more than 20 participants, the use of radio headsets is mandatory (additional cost: €2.00 per person).
Private groups of up to 30 participants may book the tour at a flat rate of €200.00.
