Have you ever wondered how much hands-on work, patience and knowledge go into a single bottle of wine? In this workshop, we take a look behind the scenes of wine production.

• In the vineyard: everything about pruning, canopy management, plant protection and soil cultivation.
• In the cellar: from harvesting and pressing to fermentation – this is how grapes turn into wine.
• Ageing & maturation: what happens in stainless steel tanks, and what develops in wooden barrels (barriques)?
• Nature vs. technology: insights into modern viticulture and the everyday challenges faced by a winemaker.
• Craft in the glass: we taste selected wines and put what we have learned into practice.
