Yoghurt regularly ends up in the shopping trolley of many households, but you can easily make it yourself. Gitte Gerhart from the Laugenspitz farm cheese dairy shows that, apart from a few ingredients, all you need is a little patience to make this healthy food yourself. Of course, everyone can help out, so that at the end of the event each participant can take a yoghurt home with them. Then all it takes is a little patience and you can enjoy your finished yoghurt at home. To shorten the waiting time until then, yoghurt already made in advance will be tasted together, which can be refined with seasonal fruit.
On top of that, there will be instructions on how to make it!
Note: the event takes place in all weathers
Leader: Gitte Gerhart, passionate casemaker.
Gitte, who grew up south of Dresden, moved to South Tyrol and learned cheese-making here. She lovingly makes 9 different types of cheese by hand. You can also buy homemade yoghurt and herbal salt at her "Kashittl" in Gfrill near the Bad Gfrill restaurant. For TESANA she makes the TESANA cheese with wild garlic.
