The single room "Betula" is located on the third floor and is furnished in noble light birch wood. It has a bedroom with a French single bed, a sitting area with minibar and a modern bathroom in natural stone with shower. The view from the window meets the surrounding Merano mountain landscape. The various design elements in natural wood show the different characteristics of the particularly filigree birch wood. Towels, bathrobe, flat-screen TV, free wifi, as well as snack dishes and air conditioning provide additional comfort. This room can also be rented for two people for those who like to cuddle up. Due to the building's history, the stately Jugendstil Villa Freiheim does not have a lift.

Furnished in lime wood, the small single room "Tilia" is located on the third floor and has a bedroom with a single bed, a desk, a seating area with minibar, and a bright bathroom in natural stone. The room faces north-east and offers a view of the surrounding Alpine-Mediterranean landscape of Merano and its surroundings. For afternoon or evening snacks, snack dishes are freely available, and towels and bathrobe are also provided for free use. Air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and free wifi offer additional comfort. The room is especially recommended for business guests and guests who are looking forward to a manageable single room, but in high-quality natural wood and with exquisite furnishing details.
