Design the most beautiful weeks of the year individually and free from all constraints. Our house is located in the green, in a quiet setting surrounded by meadows. Each accommodation unit features a living kitchen, bedroom, shower-WC, safe, in-house phone, satellite TV, and seating area, plus tableware for dining and cooking: barbecue facilities on the lawn. Bed linen, hand towels, and dishcloths are provided during your stay and included in the price. Our large sunbathing lawn invites you to relax. Table tennis and children's playground. Nearby you'll find a riding stable, tennis courts, golf course, and 20 km bike path. Culture and art enthusiasts will discover a wealth of castles, churches, and museums in our region. The famous spa town of Merano is just 9 km away and reachable on foot via the Waalweg trail. The modern Hirzer cable car, with its valley station in Saltaus, takes you into the fascinating landscape of the Hirzer hiking area (discounted tickets for house guests). Enjoy the child-friendly, pleasant atmosphere and hospitality of the Martellerhof under the management of the Fleischmann family.
