The most spacious of our apartments is located on the top floor of the barn. It has 2 separate bedrooms and offers space for 6 - 8 people on a living area of approx. 74 m². With warm wooden floors and high ceilings, the apartment has a cozy atmosphere with alpine flair. The large glass surfaces make the majestic yet protective mountain backdrop seem close enough to touch. One bedroom is furnished with a large double bed, the second bedroom has 2 double beds. The pull-out sofa bed (with high-quality mattress) in the living room offers space for a further 2 people. The first rays of sunshine of the day greet you on the covered east-facing wooden balcony, while your gaze sweeps with anticipation over the proud mountain peaks of the Texel Group down to the spa town of Merano. In winter, the morning sun shines deep into the living room and provides cozy warmth.

Our romantic vacation apartment "Prinnet Liab" is south-facing and has a separate bedroom with double bed, a living room with sofa bed (full-size double sofa bed with high-quality mattress), kitchen, bathroom and covered balcony. The high-quality furniture made by carpenters in combination with the old wood of the barn gives a cozy flair. If required, the room offers enough space for a crib, which we can provide free of charge on request.

The dreamy vacation apartment "Epflplua" is located on the first floor of our barn and offers space for 4 - 6 people with 2 separate sleeping areas (a bedroom with a double bed and a separate sleeping area with a double bunk bed) and a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. The living area and bedroom are south-facing and have a sunny balcony made of pinewood. The high-quality furnishings are made of natural materials and were custom-made by carpenters. The floor-to-ceiling window facades invite you to dream and create a seamless transition into the vast landscape of the local orchards, forests and mountains. There is a TV with SAT TV connection in the living room and a safe in the bedroom. The modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and is equipped with a fridge incl. freezer compartment, hob with 4 hotplates, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle. Sufficient cooking utensils and crockery are at your disposal.

Our apartment "Hoawiag" is named after one of the most famous Parcines field names and offers you a cozy "vacation cradle" with 2 separate bedrooms with double bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a light-flooded bathroom. The impressive mountain scenery of the Texel Group with its lush green meadows, vast forests and high peaks is right in front of the apartment's large windows. The two bedrooms and the living room are fitted with cozy wooden floors and the entire furnishings have been lovingly tailored by carpenters. The kitchen has a fridge with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle. Sufficient cooking utensils and crockery are available. The bright bathroom is equipped with a large rain shower, WC, washbasin and towel dryer. Facing east, towards the spa town of Merano, the apartment has a covered balcony made of pinewood.

The south/east-facing "Meraner Reasl" apartment on the top floor of our barn is a real dream, offering space for 4 - 6 people with 2 separate bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a double bunk bed) and a pull-out couch in the living area. The morning sun shines directly onto the 10 m² recessed balcony made of pinewood and the fresh scent of wood pampers your senses while you enjoy the magnificent mountain panorama and the view as far as the spa town of Merano. To convey a true feeling of security, the high, bright bedrooms and the living room are furnished with wooden floors and carpenter-made furniture. The bathroom has a large rain shower, WC, washbasin and towel dryer. The modern kitchen is equipped with a fridge incl. freezer compartment, hob with 4 hotplates, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle. Sufficient cooking utensils and crockery are at your disposal.
