Just 10 minutes by car from the center of the spa town of Merano, directly on the Passeier cycle path and perfectly located to explore the mountain and cycling world around Merano, in the Passeier Valley, Vinschgau or the Merano lowlands, our apartment Anna (50 m²) with balcony and view of the Hirzer and the Passer flowing below, nestled in the countryside, on a small farm with chickens and a rabbit. Bus stop 5 minutes' walk away. Supermarket (M-Preis) 500m away. Bread roll service or breakfast basket on request. Our newly designed apartment has: a well-equipped, small kitchen with coffee machine (Nespresso), refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishes and other necessities to prepare breakfast or a meal, a cozy bedroom with comfortable box spring bed, a living room with table for 4 people, pull-out sofa (lying area 1.60 x 2.00m), TV set and a modern bathroom with rain shower, towels, shower gel, soap, toilet paper. Free wifi. In the building next door we run our small family snack bar/ burger grill with a beautiful terrace, children's playground, beach volleyball court with sea sand, table tennis and table football and very good cuisine throughout. Open 6 days a week. Our guests are welcome to use the sports facilities/playground. Laundry/ironing facilities are available in the house for a small fee.
