Bertrand is depressed, hasn't worked for two years and spends his days vegetating on the sofa. Then one day he dives into the pool and the world finally smiles on him. Like Delphine, who recruits him to her team of men on the verge of a nervous breakdown. A former synchronised swimming champion, Delphine trains a men's team to pass the time and put the past behind her: a career abruptly interrupted by her partner's accident. Her students are not much better off: Bertrand is resigned, Laurent is angry, Marcus is in debt, Simon is insecure, and Thierry is tone-deaf. But together they finally feel free and useful. Participating in a synchronised swimming competition in Norway becomes their goal.
