The five award-winning South Tyrolean chefs Gerhard Wieser (Restaurant Trenkerstube in Tirolo), Reimund Brunner (Restaurant Anna Stuben in Ortisei), Othmar Raich (Restaurant Miil in Cermes), Walter Weger (Gompm Alm alpine hut), Luis Haller (Restaurant Luisl Stube at Schlosswirt Forst in Lagundo) and one guest chef prepare innovative gourmet creations at several old-fashioned cooking stations spread out in the meadows in the breathtaking scenery of the Gompm Alm alpine hut. The unique dishes are accompanied by a premium selection of wines from different local cellars.
Local producers present selected South Tyrolean specialties at various gourmet stations and a traditional bread show-baking with tasting takes place at the wood-burning oven.
Musical setting: genuine alpine folk music and original compositions – rigorously unplugged.
