At Sandwiesen-Hof in the sunny Etsch valley, Peter Thuile, an experienced oenologist, blends several apple varieties to produce a light, sparkling apple wine. This fruity and elegant fruit wine undergoes fermentation in the bottle, has low alcohol content, and contains no residual sugar. It serves as a refreshing aperitif and an ideal companion to Mediterranean appetizers and regional dishes, offering an interesting alternative. The apple cuvée is available annually in limited quantities and is sold exclusively at the farm.
