Niki, a former child prodigy on the piano with an extremely rare gift: perfect pitch, capable of picking up every vibration, every micro-sound hidden in the world. An extraordinary talent, but also a curse. His hypersensitivity to noise is so acute that it forces him to wear ear protectors and to abandon his dream of becoming a pianist. Niki thus reinvents himself as a piano tuner: precise, reserved and solitary.
