Water and Hiking: On this short circular walk in Prissian, we immerse ourselves in the world of Sebastian Kneipp and explore the five pillars of his health philosophy.

At Wehrburg Castle, we enjoy a refreshing arm bath and a healthy vitality drink. At the Kneipp facility, idyllically located along the Prissianer Bach near the town center, we awaken our senses through Kneipp exercises and barefoot walking, discovering the benefits that simple cold water can have on health and well-being.

This is an easy walk, suitable for both young and old, making it perfect for all ages – families with children are especially welcome!

Founded in December 2017, the Kneipp-Treff Meraner Land aims to introduce interested people in the Burggrafenamt region to Kneipp’s health philosophy. Certified Kneipp and health trainers encourage participants to take good care of themselves and their bodies while enjoying the experience.
