Circular trail Aschbach - Vigiljoch - Aschbach (Terrain Cure Trail n°1)

Challenging high-altitude circular terrain cure trail with sustained climbs and ideal climatic conditions for intensive cardiovascular training.

General description

The "climatic terrain cure" is a specialized form of exercise therapy combining performance-adjusted workload, endurance training, fresh-air activity and conscious landscape experience. Individually paced walking on varying gradients effectively strengthens the cardiovascular and respiratory systems.

Terrain Cure Trail 1 around Aschbach and Vigiljoch is one of the most demanding routes in Parcines from a physiological perspective. The altitude, sustained ascents and high forest coverage create ideal conditions for well-trained hikers.

The Parcines terrain cure trails have been certified by Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munic.
