As the sun sets behind the mountains, the gentle sounds of singing bowls, gongs and koshis from Daniela Alber will accompany you on a meditative journey to inner peace and harmony. The combination of soothing sounds and the natural surroundings helps to relax the mind and reduce stress.

- Bus no. 225 - bus stop "Tankstelle Hafling", on foot to St. Kathrein (hiking trail no. 14, approx. 20 minutes)
or bus stop St. Kathrein, on foot to St. Kathrein Church (approx. 10 minutes uphill)
By car:
- From Meran in direction of Hafling. Shortly before reaching the village, turn left towards St. Kathrein.
- From Bozen via Terlan to Vöran and Hafling and continue towards Meran. After the small tunnel (after the petrol Station), turn right towards St. Kathrein.
