Diverse hiking in a high Alpine area

With no steep climbs but a unique panoramic view, the Merano High Mountain Trail near Naturno/Naturns has much to offer. In good weather there are distant views of the Dolomites, the Brenta Group and the Ortler massif.

The Merano High Mountain Trail extends over 90 km at 1,500-2,850 m a.s.l. and can be done as a multi-day hike, as well as in individual stages. It can be reached from Naturno on foot and by public bus, shuttle services or the Unterstell Cable Car.
