The ski school Schnalstal Valley reserves the right tho change the program or prices anytime.
The office of the ski school Schnalstal is open from 8.30am to 1.00pm and from 2.00pm to 4.30pm. During christmas and carneval season the office is open permanently from 8.30am to 5.00pm.
Ski passes and equipment are not included in the prices.
The entire equipment is available at the rental "Sportservice Erwin Stricker". Please confirm first your ski course/private lessons in the office of the ski school Schnalstal valley and go then with the voucher you got there to the ski rental right next to the ski school office to receive the discounted price with the equipment.
During holidays we also organize weekend- ski courses. Please contact us for further informations via E-mail: info@skischuleschnalstal.com or by phone.
All courses and private lessons are to be paid before they begin.
Private lessons are available from 9.00am - 4.00pm, as well as from 4.00pm - 5pm at the Kinderland. The lenght of one private lesson is always 55 minutes.
The ski & snowboard school Schnalstal valley disclaims any liability for accidents that occur before, during or after lessons.
Accident insurance is the responsibility of the participants and is recommended.

Cancellation & refunds

In which cases/how do I get money back?

Refund of group course expenses

Not attended courses are not refunded.
Group courses (or difference amounts) are refunded only with medical certificate of the local doctor in case of illness or injury. The ski school deducts 10% for expenses and the minimal retention of expenses is € 10,00. Alternatively a credit note shall be issued. The term of validity of a credit note is one additional year.
Weather-related course cancellations (force majeure) are not refunded or made up.

Refund of private lesson expenses

Not attended private lessons are not refunded.
Private lessons are performed even in bad weather, if one ski lift in the glacier area is in operation, and are therefore not refunded.
If in case of bad weather there is no ski lift open in the entire glacier area of Senales Valley, the private lessons of that one day will be delayed as far as possible or credit notes shall be issued. The term of validity of a credit note is one additional year.
