Lana in bloom - in pots and on plates

"LANA IN BLOOM" – in pots and on plates. That spring is tentatively preparing to make its debut, is noticeable from the first bulbs appearing on the new branches of trees and shrubs, or well-tended pot plants in private gardens, and a wide range of herbs growing in the wild.

Nature’s reawakening also fires the creative imagination of the restaurant chefs in and around Lana. Between 1 – 30 April 2022, during the "Lana in Bloom" gourmet weeks, there are abundant reinterpretations of traditional delicacies using seasonal wild herbs and fresh local ingredients.

Lana’s annual food festival is supplemented with local D.O.C. certified wines, fastidious attention to detail — and an overall ‘feel-good’ atmosphere.
