South Tyrolean traditional dress reflects the identity and history of its villages and valleys. Colours, fabrics, embroidery and accessories can vary from place to place, with many details traditionally indicating regional origin or special occasions.

Women’s attire often includes a bodice, blouse, long skirt and apron, while men traditionally wear trousers or Lederhosen, a shirt, waistcoat and hat. Carefully preserved and still worn today, these garments are a visible expression of South Tyrol’s living cultural heritage. 👠🎩

The region of Merano City & Valleys is surrounded by some of the most breathtaking alpine landscapes in South Tyrol. 🌄🥾

As the first light of day reaches the peaks of the Texel Group, the mountains awaken in a spectacle of golden colours. Quiet trails lead to summit crosses that have stood watch for generations, offering front row seats to unforgettable sunrises above the clouds.

Mornings like these are more than just a beautiful view. They are the kind of moments that stay with you long after the hike is over.
