The Merano High Mountain Trail is a 100 km circular hiking route around the Texel Group Nature Park in South Tyrol. It offers a unique combination of alpine and Mediterranean landscapes, connecting valleys, traditional mountain farms, and panoramic viewpoints along the way.🥾⛰
Typically completed in 5–8 stages, the trail covers around 5,000–6,000 meters of elevation gain and provides both a rewarding challenge and an immersive nature experience.
Whether you hike the full route or just selected sections, this trail is one of the most diverse and scenic ways to explore the region.
