We, the Schwarz brothers Manuel and Christian Schwarz, founded the Schwarz distillery in 2014.
Distillation has become an annual ritual for us, preserving the finest fruits for eternity. Through the craftsmanship of distillation, we bottle the full aromatic spectrum of tree-ripened fruits, from peel to core.
We reduce high-quality, pure fruits from mountain cultivation to their essence using our distillation techniques, creating refined distillates.

The fruits are harvested either by us or by trusted farmers.
After harvesting, we clean the fruits, check their ripeness, and ferment them exclusively using natural pure yeast. The mash is gently distilled in the coarse and fine distillation process during the cooling fermentation phase.
The double distillation allows us to give our products a unique character, resulting in full-bodied, fruity, and rounded distillates with distinct personality and recognizability.
Subsequently, the spirits are aged in steel tanks for up to two years, preserving their finesse and harmony.
We regularly monitor and sensorially evaluate the aging products. Once the ripeness meets our expectations, the distillate is bottled and ready for enjoyment.
In recent years, our products have impressed juries at various international competitions, earning us the following awards:
