This trail is rather uneven, running along the entire segment is recommended only for experienced runners.
The starting point for the trail Schützenbrünnlrunde is the parking Le Npir forest parking and the restaurant Das Stübele. The Tour 'Schützenbrünnlrunde' no. 14 leads to the Rotsteinknott, where the famous Knottnkino outdoor cinema is located. Afterwards follow the route no. 11 until the Weiher Bruggen Pond below the Leadner Alm Mountain Hut (1,514 m) and back to the starting point on route no. 16.
Coming from both directions of the freeway Meran/Merano - Bolzano/Bozen (MEBO), take the exit of Meran Süd/Merano Sud and follow directions towards Meran first, to then turn right towards Hafling/Avelengo, follow the street to Vöran/Verano – the parking place is called Le Noir Forest Parking.
