Tschögglberg lokal

Only the Best for Our Guests – Straight from the Region Thanks to the newly established "Tschögglberg lokal" network, the finest local products from the Tschögglberg high plateau find the shortest and most direct route into the hotel and restaurant kitchens of Hafling, Vöran, Mölten and Jenesien.

The project brings together farms and hospitality businesses—literally at the same table—and creates a new form of regional collaboration based on quality, sustainability, and mutual trust.

Guests benefit from fresh, seasonal food, carefully produced with craftsmanship and attention to detail. From flavorful alpine cheese and aromatic herbs to sun-ripened fruit, homemade juices, jams, and premium meat and sausage specialties—everything comes directly from the Tschögglberg, often from just around the corner. Short transport routes ensure freshness, while the direct exchange between producers and chefs encourages collaboration and sparks creative culinary ideas.

At the same time, the network strengthens the local economy, secures the livelihoods of farmers, and supports sustainable agriculture. Participating farmers can sell their products directly to the hospitality sector under fair conditions—without middlemen and with the rewarding feeling that their work is valued and recognized.
"Tschögglberg lokal" is not only an economic initiative, but also a cultural and ecological statement: it shows the value of relying on local treasures and taking responsibility for nature, the landscape, and the community.

Guests experience this philosophy on their plates—in the form of authentic South Tyrolean cuisine with pure flavors and regional character. Every bite tells a story of origin, tradition, and genuine craftsmanship. In this way, a stay or a visit to the hospitality businesses in Hafling, Vöran, Mölten and Jenesien becomes not just a culinary pleasure, but also a contribution to preserving the unique cultural landscape of the Tschögglberg.
