The village of Marling is located on a glacial moraine hill above the spa town of Merano. With its privileged location close to Merano, Marlengo combines the amenities of the city with the benefits of the peaceful countryside.

A journey through the vintages!🍷⏳
Last Tuesday, participants of the WineCulture Experiences joined young winemaker Katharina for a fascinating journey through different vintages. 🍇
With great passion and expertise, she shared insights into her work in the vineyard and cellar. During the tasting of white, rosé and red wines from different years, guests had the opportunity to discover and compare the diverse aromas, fragrances and colours of the wines. 🥂🍷

Der Erlebniskeller Rochelehof ist ein Ort voller Geschichten, Entdeckungen und Südtiroler Eigenheiten. Zwischen spannenden Geschichten, kleinen Entdeckungen und Südtiroler Brauchtum beginnt ein Weinerlebnis, das überrascht. ✨
Nach einer kurzen Führung folgt das Herzstück des Abends: eine Dunkelverkostung von fünf Marlinger Weinen, bei der sich Geschmack und Aromen ganz neu erschließen – ein spannender Moment selbst für erfahrene Weinkenner. 🍇

Dazu genießt ihr eine typische Südtiroler Marende mit Marlinger Produkten. 🍷🧀
Ein WeinKultur Erlebnis, das Wein einmal auf ganz neue Weise erlebbar macht. ✨

Marling - Marlengo Yesterday

Eine Reise durch die Jahrgänge beim Weingut Popphof! 🍷⏳

Am gestrigen Dienstag stand im Rahmen der WeinKultur Erlebnisse alles im Zeichen der Vielfalt und Entwicklung des Weines. Gemeinsam mit Jungwinzerin Katharina begaben sich die Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer auf eine spannende Zeitreise durch verschiedene Jahrgänge und entdeckten dabei, wie sich Weiß-, Rosé- und Rotweine im Laufe der Jahre verändern. 🍇
Mit viel Leidenschaft und Fachwissen gab Katharina interessante Einblicke in ihre Arbeit im Weinberg und Keller. Bei der Verkostung der unterschiedlichen Jahrgänge konnten die Gäste die vielfältigen Aromen, Düfte und Farbnuancen der Weine hautnah erleben und miteinander vergleichen. 🥂🍷
Ein herzliches Dankeschön an alle, die dabei waren, und besonders an Katharina für die spannenden Einblicke und die genussvolle Verkostung! 😊
