Guided tour through the chestnut grove in Tschars (ONLY IN GERMAN AND ITALIAN)

ATTENTION:currently, the tour is only offered in German and Italian

On a walk together, you will learn all about ‘the poor man's bread’ and learn interesting facts about the cultivation and harvesting of chestnuts.
Afterwards, you can roast chestnuts directly at the farmer's and enjoy a good glass of wine while learning a few more things first-hand.

Coming from Merano until the junction Tschars. Turn right at the traffic lights, up into the village, past the Raiffeisenkasse bank and the village café to the village square below the Pizzeria Sonne.

Coming from Vinschgau, continue to the junction for Tschars. Turn left at the traffic lights, up into the village, past the Raiffeisenkasse bank and the village café to the village square below the Pizzeria Sonne.
