Reach new heights in just a few minutes: around Naturns, modern cable cars and lifts take you comfortably up to higher altitudes – straight into the hiking and nature paradise of the Sonnenberg mountain and the Texel Group Nature Park. Whether you’re looking for panoramic views, a family outing or a sporty summit adventure, your mountain experience begins with the ride up.

From Naturns, the Unterstell cable car takes you up to around 1,300 metres above sea level. At the top, sunny hiking trails, cosy alpine huts and breathtaking views over the Vinschgau Valley await. Families appreciate the adventure playground right next to the mountain station and the well-known Merano High Mountain Trail that passes through here. The Aschbach cable car in Rabland brings hikers and bikers to their starting points on the Nörderberg mountain and Vigiljoch. The Texelbahn cable car in Partschins, on the other hand, takes you into the heart of the Texel Group Nature Park. Ideal for extended hikes, alpine tours or simply enjoying a relaxing break with panoramic views.

Your advantage: short distances, quick ascents and maximum views. That leaves more time for what really matters – experiencing nature, soaking up the sun and enjoying South Tyrol from above.

Val Senales Glacier cable car

Experience at 3,200 meters

Since christmas 2023, visitors have been able to enjoy a new, state-of-the-art Doppelmayr cable car with a capacity of 80 people. This cable car transports guests, surrounded by breathtaking views of 126 peaks over 3.000 metes, to an altitude of 3.212 meters at the Grawand mountain station in under 6 minutes. From there, you can embark directly on your alpine adventure. For skiers and winter sports enthusiasts, the ski area offers a wide variety of slopes and lifts.

Even in summer, the glacier cable car is an absolute adventure!
Embark on a unique journey with the new glacier cable car at the Alpin Arena Senales! With a special feature on the roof of the cable car, up to ten people can ride
