Description:
A wide variety of vegetables are grown sustainably at the Spitalerhof. The steep field on the southern slope is worked by hand, the vegetable plants are grown from organic seeds and cultivated without the use of any chemicals. Availability and quantities vary depending on weather conditions. Diversity is provided by old and non-market-typical varieties.
