Seiser Alm Balance: Breathwork & breakfast at Marinzen (only in German&Italian)

We take the Marinzen cable car up to the idyllic Marinzen Alpine pasture above Kastelruth – a peaceful spot on the feet of Puflatsch, under the Seiser Alm.
Surrounded by nature, you will take part in a Breathwork session exploring how breathing affects stress, energy levels, sleep, and concentration. Through guided breathing techniques, you can regulate stress responses, enhance body awareness, and improve mental clarity and performance in everyday life.
Afterwards, we enjoy a delicious regional breakfast at the Alpin Marinzen Hut. You can then choose to walk back down to Kastelruth or return comfortably by cable car.

Parking: There is a paid parking lot at the valley station of the Marinzen cable car (€1.50 per hour, €5.00 daily ticket). The ticket machine accepts cash only.

A yoga mat, something to drink, clothing and shoes suitable for the weather. If you do not have a mat, one will be provided at the meeting point.
This event is not recommended for pregnant women and children.
The ticket for the Marinzen cable car and breakfast are included in the price.

The paid amount will only be refunded in case of cancellation by the organizer.
