The typical South Tyrolean characteristics of hospitality and friendliness are promoted by the LanaQuality seal of quality and ensure a high level of service for visitors.

The main purpose of the seal is to assist visitors make good choices and is awarded to restaurants, hotels, retailers and tourist establishments who meet the required standard of excellence.

Carpe diem! That would be a good slogan for LanaQuality, Lana's first quality campaign for South Tyrol's industries, because "quality" is the key word for modern tourism.

The initiative of the Tourist Office Lana and Surroundings takes the growing demands of tourists into account and with "LanaQuality" consequently follows a path towards new and sustainable quality standards.

Different criteria of quality have already been worked out for the industries that above all refer to the quality of services. Thanks to measureable and guarantied criteria of quality the companies' range of services can be reliably defined.
The aim of LanaQuality is to strengthen the quality awareness of each of our members in order to be able to offer you a high-quality service in all areas.

All members of the Lana Holiday Region have the opportunity to take advantage of the LanaQuality training opportunities offered. Those members who are particularly interested in further education and qualitative growth and actively participate at the trainings will be awarded with the LanaQuality seal of approval.
