We warmly welcome you to our comfortably furnished, spacious 85 m² holiday flat. In addition to a large living and dining area, the flat has a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom with walk-in shower, a spacious double room and a single room. There is parquet or tiled flooring in all rooms. Our flat is the ideal starting point for numerous activities, whether hiking, mountaineering or cycling. You can directly reach the Marlinger Waalweg and Höhenweg trail on foot. It is only 3 kilometres to the entrance of the "Via Claudia Augusta" cycle path. In the immediate surroundings you will also find several sport climbing areas, via ferratas and challenging summit tours. We will be happy to give you an insider tip when choosing your next tour. Or do you just want to relax? The Merano Thermal Baths offer you everything you need. Afterwards you can take a leisurely shopping trip through the historic arcades or along one of the famous promenades of the spa town of Merano. The bus stop to Merano is directly opposite the house and the train station to Vinschgau or Bolzano is a 5-minute walk away, so you don't have to rely on your car during your stay. A parking space is of course available free of charge.
