Fine brandies and schnapps from Marlengo

Marling is home to three remarkable distilleries that represent the essence of South Tyrolean spirit craftsmanship: the well-known Unterthurner Distillery, the authentic Lahnerhof farm distillery, and the innovative Bruggerhof – each unique, each full of flavour.

The Unterthurner Distillery, founded in 1947, is renowned for its wide range of brandies, grappas and liqueurs – made from carefully selected fruits and traditional family recipes.

At the Lahnerhof, small-batch spirits are lovingly produced on a traditional farm, with a strong focus on regional ingredients and authenticity.

At the Bruggerhof, Markus Gamper has spent over 25 years refining fruit into aromatic liqueurs – what began as a passion project is now a family affair. His son Elias brings expertise in cellar and agricultural product processing, resulting in distinctive liqueurs with depth and character.

All three distilleries welcome visitors for on-site tastings – a must for anyone looking to experience the true spirit of South Tyrol.

Was ist gemeint? 🌰🔥

Time for “Keschtn”!🌰🍂

October is chestnut season in South Tyrol. Once ripe, the chestnuts fall to the ground, where they are gathered by hand and removed from their prickly husks. 🌿
Traditionally roasted over an open fire and best enjoyed while still warm, roasted chestnuts are an essential part of the Törggelen tradition. 🔥🌰🍷

Who else is looking forward to the first roasted chestnuts? 😊
