Bread baking at the farm of the Schildhof Obergereuth and lunch together

Every Wednesday we meet us in the farm of the Schildhof Obergereuth. Together we prepare South Tyrolean bread with spices and wheat from our farm. While the dough is rising and resting, we visit the wheat field and our mill from 1831. The bread and three recipes are taken home.
While the bread is baking in the oven, we dedicate ourselves to lunch: a generous and varied platter of cheeses from the organic cheese dairies Aignerhof and Schupferhof, various types of bread from our farm and our medlar jelly.

Accessible by public transport (bus line 239, 240 or 241) - bus stop "St. Martin, Außerdorf/S. Martino, Außerdorf".
Parking facilities on site.
The cancellation of the booked service can be made until 3 p.m. the day before. In this case the participant will be refunded 100% of the costs. In case of cancellation or deregistration after 3 p.m. of the previous day, as well as in case of non-appearance on the defined date of the offer, no refund will be made and the costs will be borne 100% by the participant:in. If the service is canceled by the organizer, the participant:in will be refunded 100% of the costs.

The event will take place in all weathers. The programme is subject to change. Animals are allowed.
