Get ready for a very special pleasure hike! From the Schafflerhof above Saltaus/Saltusio, you'll take the scenic Merano High Mountain Trail to the Schupferhof farm cheese dairy. During a guided tour you will learn everything about the production and origin of the farm's own cheeses. After the tour you can taste the different types of cheese and put your senses to the test.

Hiking time: approx. 1.5 h | Altitude difference: approx. 190 m in ascendance and 260 m in descendance
