Then join our hiking guide Heinrich – along a section of the Merano High Mountain Trail!
After a short bus ride, our tour begins in Vernuer/Vernurio. From there, we head down the valley along the Merano High Mountain Trail – one of the region's most famous hiking routes. Along the way, we'll enjoy magnificent views of the Etschtal Valley and a diverse natural landscape.
In the Kuensertal Valley, the trail continues along the Kuenser Waalweg. This peaceful and pleasant path winds through shady forest sections, accompanied by the gentle trickling of water – perfect for taking a deep breath and relaxing.
Our return journey takes us back to Rifiano.

Walking time: approx. 3,5 h | Difference in altitude: approx. 180 m ascent and 890 m descent

The hike will be in German and Italian.

Accessible by public transport (bus line 239, 240 or 241) - bus stop "Riffian, Dorf/Rifiano, paese".
Parking facilities on site.

Notice: The journey to the starting point of the hike will be by public bus.

Required: hiking clothing, sturdy shoes, sun and rain protection and provisions!

The cancellation of booked service can be made until 3 p.m. on the day before the event. In this case, the participant will receive a 100% refund of the costs.
Alternatively, a rebooking for to an equivalent service or, for an additional charge, to a higher-value service can be made until 3 p.m. on the day before the event. If the price of the alternative service is lower than the original amount paid, no refund of the difference will be granted.
For cancellations or withdrawals after 3 p.m. on the day before, as well as in the event of no-show at the scheduled time, no refund will be issued, and the full cost will be borne by the participant.
If the event is canceled by the organizer, the participant will receive a 100% refund of the costs.
