End point: Timmelsbrücke bridge car park

Directions

Start your ski tour at Timmelsbrücke bridge and follow the access track to Timmelsalm Alp. On the flatter section, cross the stream and then continue along the far left-hand side into the long valley.

The ascent is fairly steep at first, before the terrain becomes gentler and you reach another steep slope. Climb this slope on the right. You then reach a high plateau, where you keep to the right again and traverse around the far end. Two steep slopes then lead you to the exposed summit ridge.

Descent: To return to the valley, follow more or less the same line as on the ascent.

Recommended equipment

Carry the necessary safety equipment, including an avalanche transceiver, avalanche shovel and probe. Depending on the route and conditions, a helmet, ski crampons and additional equipment may also be required.
