The use of water for human and animal consumption only
After careful inspection of the use made by Mrs. Baroness Riccabona (...) of the water granted her by the city of Merano, it was ascertained that she consumes it not only for the need of humans and animals, but wastefully uses it for every convenience (...) and therefore harms the well-being of the city dwellers.
