40 years of the Merano High Mountain Trail | Anniversary hike

With a length of just under 100 km, the trail marked with signpost 24 winds along the edges of the Texelgruppe / Gruppo di Tessa Nature Park

The Merano High Mountain Trail is one of the most beautiful circular hiking trails in the Alps. It was established in 1985 and marked with the number 24. The route from Katharinaberg to Unterstell gives you a glimpse into the world of South Tyrolean mountain farmers, who have created and preserved this mountainous and cultural landscape over centuries of work.
