So new and already so impressive! Der große Restaurant- und Hotel-Guide named our 1897 “Restaurant of the Year 2018” in South Tyrol. The Schlemmer-Atlas awards it 4 cooking spoons, and Gault & Millau honoured it with 3 coveted toques. Since November 2025, the Quellenhof Gourmetstube 1897 proudly carries its first MICHELIN star. “From the region for guests from all over the world” is the guiding principle behind the culinary philosophy of Chef Michael Mayr.

In an elegant yet relaxed setting, our guests embark on a culinary journey and choose from a menu available in three versions (4, 5 or 6 courses).
