How does the production of delicious mozzarella work? During a farm tour at the Wegerhof you can not only take a look behind the scenes, but also learn first-hand how the white gold of the Passeiertal Valley is refined into tasty mozzarella. Afterwards, we can taste this and other cheeses from the farm before heading back to St. Leonhard/
